He is 1 of 4 puppies named after Peter Pan characters. Captain is the reason we picked the Peter Pan theme for names, because he has a HOOK TAIL. We don't know if he was born that way or if something happened in his 3 weeks of life before we rescued him and his siblings, after a plea from the shelter. He's a vocal character, dramatic and loves to be the center of attention. Beautiful puppy eyes and always so much fun to be around.
