Meet Tootsie
Such a dainty little girl, she is curious and sweet. At just 5 weeks old and 1.8 lbs, she and her siblings will be ready for their furever homes in around 3 weeks. Their mom was found as a stray and they were born in the shelter. They are clearly chihuahua, but likely mixed with chinese crested, based on the spots all over mom's belly.
