Meet Razzle
She's only slightly bigger than the runt of the litter. Not quite 2 lbs and 5 weeks old, she's a spunky little one. Very playful and adventurous, she's not easily intimidated. Their mom, Jellybean, was found as a stray and Razzle, along with her siblings, were born in the shelter. Mom's clearly a chihuahua, but has belly spots like a chinese crested, so that is our best guess for breeds.
